Please Welcome Stacy Pratt to the Jane's Boy Family

Stacy Pratt is joining the staff of Jane's Boy Press as an editor.  She will be assisting in acquisitions, working with our authors on their books as they move toward publication, and will be helping us to expand our offerings through the development of several dedicated imprints.

Stacy  is a citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. She was born and raised in northeast Oklahoma, but she has lived in several states and in Italy as the wife of a soldier. Her writing has appeared in publications including This Land Press, Indian River Review, and Catholic Digest. She taught college English and literature for over fifteen years, most recently at SUNY-Jefferson in Watertown, NY. She is currently editing for Jane’s Boy Press, revising her own novel manuscript, and returning to freelance writing and coffeehouse music-playing after many years in academia. She lives with her husband and two dogs wherever the Army tells her to go.
